Good news to share - stand is complete minus small touch ups and modifications for the rose engine. Ended up using the cast iron legs. Based on input from many in the forum, I called Lee Valley and discussed shipping with them prior to the order. Three days later, the first leg showed up, well packaged with no damage. A week later, I discovered that they put the second one on the wrong truck and it had just been received back at Lee Valley. Three days after that, it showed up again, with no damage. Maybe I just got lucky.

Based on comments from many of you, I have made the table a bit bigger. I'll post some pictures after it is all together.

Just got email from David this morning. Engines are being assembled this week and will start shipping next week. I'll take my time with table mods and get it all together in the near future.
