Hi there,

So happy to see that there is a place to get and share information about OT. Hope to see other posts soon! Would like to know if anyone knows of a good source for obtaining bits that work with the Foredom type flexshaft and handpiece which holds bits with an 1/8" shank.

Awilda -
Check out Wood Carvers Supply, Inc: http://www.woodcarverssupply.com/store/ has a good suppy of power carving cutters in carbide and HSS. Get the free catalog, its easier to browse then their site. I've been looking for plunge cutters, 1/8 - 3/8 diameter to cut pearls, button rosettes, etc, but haven't found any info on make your own or where to buy. I tried making my own, but any flutter of the spinning bit just rips a lousy pearl.....

I would try to use 1/4 inch bits as the varity is so big.
